Ala Folkklubs Pagrabs is an underground bar located in the Little Riga neighborhood of Mistral Valley, it was one of the first builds by CaptainIceman after he was unbanned and started to expand Mistral. It is loosely based off of a real bar of the same name in Riga, Latvia.
