Lore
Amontein is the youngest of the eight signatories of the Treaty of the Syric Union. It is a highly modernized city with little territory or trade significance, but a booming IT and high tech manufacturing sector. In the past the city was significant as it controlled the only land path between Impyrus and Iralys, forcing both Syres to acquire naval power to build their wealth.
