Ankara is a village located in the far west of Freedonia, founded by players Gnawmon and HY_Turkic in July 2023; they both hold full perms to the village. It is based on the real life city of Ankara, Turkey and meant to be an area for Turkish players to hang around in. It contains a few buildings, a McDonald's, a recreation of the presidential palace located in the real life city of Ankara, and more. Many signs around the settlement are in Turkish, and Turkish flag banners are everywhere to see.
The fastest way to get Ankara by foot is by taking the Purple 2 Borderlands Thoroughfare south via Nexus Borderlands Hub South (Purple) 2.
