Beryl Basin is a serene colourful Town founded by getplayerhead.sh?Yuzariy&16.png Yuzariy in the South-East of Freedonia.

Creation and theming

Beryl Basin was founded with the idea of creating a town full of color and greenery. The decision was made to move away from the heavy use of plain wood and gray stone blocks in builds, opting instead for less conventional materials like colored terracotta, with spots of its glazed variety, or even redstone blocks. More common blocks like stained glass and concrete were also used.

The theme of a whimsically enchanted druidic place emerged later in the development, after the construction of the first hut on the hill and the log ring near it. This led to the creation of a set of made-up beliefs that would be incorporated into the town’s design. These beliefs included the idea that redstone and colorful objects ward off evil spirits, and that spruce has similar protective properties.
