The Black Tower is Crown's Landings Grinder.
Built by Imperial_Crise, the tower serves as the main source of gaining XP in the city, and is also the main enchanting area. You get levels really fast, despite the servers natural lag, and all the mob loot dropped is auto-collected into the chests next to the chute where the mobs come out of.
