Caprica is a United Texas Coalition with the existing settlements that include Obsidian Town and the primary capital to be Republic City.

Origins of Caprica

Such origins for the state of Caprica tie to Major_Cozmic's addiction watching and reading lore about the Battlestar Galactica universe back in mid-2025. With Caprica being the wealthiest planets out of the 12 colonies prior to the 2nd Cylon War. In which Cozmic had an idea to make Republic City and it's surrounding areas and assets to be a civilized state of the United Texas Coalition.
