CartSpeed

Minecart speed can be affected without powered rails, by placing specific blocks under the rails.

• Gold Block - boost speed by 100%
• Gold Ore - boost speed by 25%
• Clay - slow speed by 20%
• Soul Sand - slow speed by 80%

For all of these blocks, if a line of Redstone Dust is directed at the block, then it will only take effect when powered, and not have an effect when unpowered. If no redstone is present, then it will always take effect.

Additionally, Obsidian will make a cart stop completely. This is a part of the [Station] functionality.
