The Castle Maze is a large floating castle-like building over the ocean in the east of Freedonia, containing a 3D maze on three floors, and has 2 single floor mazes underneath.
The main 3D Castle Maze was built over a year, from 2017 to 2018, by Zolaron over a small island, on which he has made his home.
The additional mazes were added in 2020-2021, again by Zolaron, one is enclosed and the other is open to the sky.
The fastest way to reach the island at present is to warp to Mycelia, and then travel directly West for about 1000m.
From the Island, the Castle is reachable via a lift. It has six floors in total including three floors for the maze, an empty floor above and below, and a top floor of grass and trees.
The main entrance to the maze is on the second lowest floor in the south-west corner, the exit is two floors above in the opposite corner. The maze has stairs, slabs, ladders and water to allow traversing the floors.
If you do get stuck, warping out is an option.
