Category talk:Small Cities

I think that all the small settlements with 'city' in their name should be categorized here, instead of being in the town/village category. They don't count as cities, and shouldn't be in that category, but this one is more lax imo. In addition, I think any End Cities that end up with a wiki page should be added here too
