Chibi was a company on the server owned by FlyingJellyfish that well known for creating the replacement Fake Nether after issues with the real nether appeared in the 1.3 update.
The entrance to the replacement Fake Nether was just west of NexusCentral, and close to the statue of the woman with the sword.
