This build existed at x=-93, y=65, z=400 for a time, but can no longer be found.
What?
The Congratulations Stand was a set of signs (just next to Spawn), spelling out the lyrics to YouTuber PewdiePie's song 'Congratulations', which is in reference to T-Series passing his number of subscribers on YouTube.
It is unknown who made it, or when - but it is fairly certain it was made after the above-linked video was published.
