The Eastern States Federation was created by goofy_man_lol and 4dre, and is a federation alliance between Citytown, Green Flowers, and Sandy Shades. The alliance started after 
SiOtter created a railroad connecting the three towns, which would later become the Spawn Continental Railway Alliance Line.
