Evershine is an up and coming city located between the ocean and the Evershine Lake. It's capital building is the Evershine Tower in the center of the settlement. Anyone can move in as they please, as long as they follow the Building Rights (see further down the article).
Building Rights
In the City Center there are only restricted building rights for residents and company owners. To get granted access you would need to ask the founder CoolEnergyYT for permission. However, this zone lies only in a relatively small area between the North Bay and the Evershine Lake. You are free to build at about 150 Blocks of Radius around the Center Island, located between the two canals that ceperate the ocean from the Evershine Lake.
Future Plans and Under Construction Projects
At the time of writing this article, the Evershine Observatory and the new Underground Railway are currently under construction. A town hall is expected to be built soon. (15th March, 2023)
