FabulousCookie's Hills is a small, public-build settlement located in western Freedonia, built by FabulousCookie & expanded upon by others over the years. As of today, the only remaining resident is a blacksmith Villager going by the name of 'Woollager', likely originating from the nearby NPC Village designated as VL-226.
