Gold to Diamond Kit Hell is a phenomenon every regular Freedonian goes through. Compared to previous kits' upgrade times (7 to 36 days), diamond kit upgrade takes a hell of a lot longer (7.1 months); some might even call it an eternity.

There are people who've come out of this monstrosity alive, but many lost their minds, valuables, and many other things.

What should you do when you get to Gold Kit?

For the first few months nothing bad will happen, after months 4-5 insanity starts to kick in, make sure that you do these below in spite of everything.

  • Continue voting, even if you're taking a break from MCO.
  • Retreat to your own personal base, stop interacting with other players. (except support groups)
  • Join a support group for people stuck between kits.
  • Possibly donate, donation kits may give the satisfaction of buying a real kit.

In the 7th month, you may:

  • Start interacting with people again.
  • Flex that you're going to be Diamond Kit soon.
  • Get some Sleep.

While Diamond to Aether is a smooth ride, only 3 months between kits, at the end of the ride something much, much more evil awaits.
