HS-130 is a presumably unnamed city, seemingly inhabited by Russian-speaking players throughout 2013. Years later, an Italian-speaking community seems to have popped up to expand the settlement to the north-west, despite likely having no ties to the previous inhabitants. Spanning larger than any prior undocumented settlement found to this date, HS-130's most clearly defined landmark is the later-incorporated SpellEdge Castle, built around 2011. A Shypixel head can also be found nearby.
In 2025, HS-130 was documented as part of the Unnamed Settlements Program.
