The Highlands Charity Center is a building in the Highlands constructed in 2019.
Utility
The utility of this building is mainly to help new recruits manage resources, materials and tools without having to craft or collect them as low quality gear is both inefficient and hard to use on the server. Inside the structure you will find many chests to store junk items from all the Highlands members that doesn't need them anymore.
Everyone can access the building without limitations.
