Highlands is a formerly secret city founded by 
coniize (formerly known as 88NK) back in January 28, 2019. It was the same time when coniize first joined the server. The Highlands, notable for its impressive collection of high-quality builds was a secretive city that played on the server to leave a mark on Freedonia with ambitious builds. The people of the Highlands would stick to a common theme of mostly medieval, though other themes such as oriental themes were widely accepted.
The land where the Highlands rest on holds a very wholesome history. When coniize first joined the server, he had the idea of starting his own settlement and to meet other people who has a comparable motivation for building and creating like his. Like all newcomers on the server, he first struggled at locating a less populated area, as walking on the overworld would take almost an hour to locate an area with tons of free space of his ambitious builds. The same could be said for the Nexus as most people had the same idea to build near nexus teleporters, and /wilderness would often spawn you in an ocean so even that was unreliable.
But fortunately, coniize met a moderator named Paladin_Heihachi. Paladin_Heihachi was kind enough to go out of their way and look for a less populated area in the server, preferably an Extreme Mountains biome since the name Highlands would really fit in with the biome. Once Paladin_Heihachi found the right place, he teleported coniize to the spot, and from there, the founding of the Highlands was complete.
The Kingdom Rules

2. Do not kill your fellow highlanders or members of allied towns and kingdoms.
3. Keep your builds medieval, steampunk, Roman, Greek, Asian, anything before the modern times.
4. Follow build rules of each district.
5. Be respectful.
