The Novatown Welcome Center is the first building you are likely to see upon entering Novatown. It is located at the north end of town, at the end of one of the Novatown Roads. The building currently is barren with little inside other than a chest and a crafting table. There is a list of tasks to complete for the town, however. These are boldly labeled "ORDERS OF BUSINESS".
