An open atmosphere
The PIPAPE Assembly, built by mariobuffo, is the building where PIPAPE member states meet to discuss matters. It is constructed of diorite, granite, and glass. The glass forms a continuous wall of windows facing the sky, creating an open and welcoming atmosphere; lighting is provided only from below to create a nighttime effect in which the building’s top fades into the darkness. It's located at 8 Viale Mocanda.
