About Polgrian Sea name
Polgrian sea was named by 
Skawars after he found out you can name seas from mco discord
so he named sea near his town Polgria "Polgrian Sea" and plans to build some outpost in the middle of it
Things at Polgrian Sea
it does not have any boat rotes in it but it has not official boat road to Polgria via so-called polgrian river conntected to sea by bost channel
Polgrian sea is half claimed by unfinished mega base wich most likley would never be done cause owner of it called 
Hlubik dont gets online since long time
it has few islands most of wich are mostly empty and some ice road going thru this sea
Polgrian sea is connected with other seas with some water channel build by unknow player

it has acces but still its not direct cause you need to travel thru small river
Polgria:
it could be debatable if its still counts but only naval way to Polgria is via this sea but still need to go to Polgria river so its not direct
Wegi's Land:
it is closest settelment to Polgrian sea but dosent have any type of port to it but it is next to it
