The Primrose-Elysium Flower Farms are a set of large flower pots containing farms that produce all of the different flowers available in Minecraft 1.12.2. The farms were inspired by Ren Flower Farms, which was created much earlier.
How to get here
Take Nexus Pink 3 (North) to Primrose, then follow the path that leads north from City Hall. Follow the signs for the flower farms.
Usage
Large terracotta pot (small flowers)
The large terracotta pot contains the farms and chests for small flowers. Inside the pot, there is a lift down to the farm machines.
The farm machines rely on dispensers to continually bonemeal grass while pistons move the grass back and forth to break the resulting tall grass and flowers. If no flowers are being produced, then the dispensers have likely been emptied. The figure below shows where one dispenser is located as an example.
Once the dispensers that fuel the machines you want to run have been refilled, activate the farm on/off switch. The lamp next to it should turn on, indicating that the farm is active.
Important: Please be sure to turn this off once you are done farming flowers.
The speed of the farm can be greatly increased by filling all 3 layers of dispensers. At the moment, this must be done manually. There is a lever that toggles temporary glass platforms to help you reach the dispensers, but unfortunately you will need movement commands to reach them.
Note: the on/off lever will be moved into the second floor of the terracotta pot at some point.
Lost and Found
The last set of double chests in the terracotta pot are dedicated to collecting items that were dropped within the pot or near any of the farm machines. Since the farm makes heavy use of MCZ203, stray items may get sucked up into the machines and passed through the sorting system. Additionally, any overflow from the other chests will end up here. If you lost something, check these chests!
Remaining overflow is sent into lava once the lost and found chests are filled. So, keep them clean!
Large green plastic pot (tall flowers)
The large green plastic pot contains machines that duplicate tall flowers. Simply place bone meal into the dispensers behind the flower that you want duplicates of.
