When Eirenopolis was founded in August 2026, its goal was to spread ideals of peace and freedom throughout the server, but a single city could not achieve all of this on its own.
And so, on August 19, 2026, 4CH1LL3X proposed founding a full-fledged nation. The proposal was quickly approved by mariobuffo and later by Akzai, securing a strong majority. The Republic of Eirene was thus founded; it would have a president, a parliament, and a constitution. Eirenopolis was chosen as the capital, since Eleutheriopolis, the second-largest city, was still too small; and the flag of Eirenopolis was adopted—yellow for freedom, white for peace, and red for communism.
The Alliance and the elections
On August 29, the Republic of Eirene became the first country to join PIPAPE, the supranational alliance founded by mariobuffo to ensure peace and stability in Freedonia.
On August 29, mariobuffo was elected the first president of the Republic of Eirene, and Matteo_180 and 4CH1LL3X were elected as councilors.
