Retroland is a place where players can build only with beta 1.7.3 blocks. Skittlekid was inspired by all those old towns that went inactive thus giving opportunity to players to build themselves a home or whatever they would like to experience how it was long time before. Only difference is enchanted tools and moving abilities now give fast-paced feel and achieving goals much easier. This place meant to be more like a park, trying to recapture essence of old minecraft. The quickest way to get there is by using the Aqua (Light Blue) 3 Nexus.
From the start of Retroland in few days it grew rapidly. Lot of MCO regulars built their houses on the hills surrounding town's center. Basic farms were built for easy materials. Not long after Retroland was founded player Minecraft97752 joined the project. He was a very active player and built important builds such as Retroland's museum. He was a staff for the Retroland and was responsible for building infrastructure and giving out permissions for players. However, on 4/09/2025 he was involved in a duping accident with other players thus got banned. The return of this player is uncertain. Since Minecraft's ban, SlowedSeal24541 is in charge of the place.
On 9/27/2025 Skittlekid quit MCO. Future for Retroland might be uncertain but this place still attracts some players for it's unique style and goal.
On 10/8/2025 Skittlekid gave all permissions and ownership of Retroland to SlowedSeal24541.
East side at Retroland has crop farms and a bunch of awesome wool pixel art build by 
SB_Punchout, 
ZeroO0__ and others.
On the North-East side at Retroland is silly_parker's 7/11 eatery aswell as 
Skawars's Stronghold and 
Goldenfuzzy & 
Wii_Console's house.
Located right on top of SlowedSeal24541's Collection on the surface is Duxizon's Retroland House built of Birch and Oak logs, Oak planks and Glass blocks. It was built on the 11th of April 2026
