A giant sand cube with a sand/husk farm inside. Part of Pallet Town, not Oasis Reloaded. The pre-successor to the Snow Cube.
How to Use
- Enter the building, and turn on the Husk Farm Activator. (this will always be on in the future.)
- Use the Lift to go up and wait as you look at the spawners.
- After 30-60 seconds, go down with the lift sign, and slaughter husks.
- Go down the stairs to collect some dropped items.
(!) AFK mode does not require slaughtering. Flick the AFK mode lever and just wait at the top. No exp orbs will drop.
- Husks only spawn under the desert moonlight (from sunset to sunrise). It will not spawn at any other place, in the daytime, or under the roof. For details on husks, see this page.
- Like in other mob farms, make sure to look at the spawners at a close distance, or they will not be active.
- Do not drop anything important! All items near the kill space will be vacumned.
Access Guide
Use the Nexus to travel to Lime (S) 1 hub to Pallet Town, then exit the town hall and follow the signs to Sand Cube and Southern Outpost, located southwest of the town.
Players with the Obsidian kit or above may use /tpto eevee_27 sand to access here.
History
Sand Cube construction originally started in late 2022 as a substitute for Pallet Town's own experience farm, which was under renovation after it was considered faulty as eevee_27's first industrial EXP farm. The cube was formed of 32x32 with an added extension on top, and due to a modelling error, some patterns were repeated on the corners. It was also not able to produce enough sand to meet its demand.
This is why the successor, Snow Cube, was planned to be scaled 66x66 from the start, forming a 66^3 cube. A huge area was dug out below the cube and was deemed successful, aside from the cube being isolated from anything else and having to migrate it due to a land feud.
Eventually, in mid-2025, Sand Cube underwent an overhaul to match the efficiency of the white cube. The yellow cube was rebuilt to become a 66^3 cube with huge underground space mined out. Spawner blocks now can fit more than 256 (theoretically infinite, as many as the server can load up at once) - a huge increase from the previous 36. A wide variety of items are now publicly available in the storage floor, along with carrot & potato farms. It is a secret that Ava's beacon was used for this construction...
Troubleshooting
By chance, if you have lost your items at the farm, or are not responding, please contact AdoreKitten or eevee_27 (on Discord or ingame /mail). They may unlock collector chests for unfiltered items or do maintenance work to fix the machinery.
