Mod/admin unfriendly settlement. Seems to present a communist aesthetic. A monument for 
w3raxbtw (banned for cheating) is present outside. You can find an anti-admin refuge inside the town hall.
A pit for admins is available by following the sand trail, where they have the possibility to farm potatoes and mine. A noteblock is available if they need entertainment.
