Partial name matching?

I read in the partial name matching section that all commands involving player names can be given by regex or partial match. However, the only Canary command that uses regex matching is /help, and I noticed MCO custom commands not matching partially (e.g. /acceptteleport). 14mRh4X0r 11:00, 28 January 2012 (UTC)
