If you are looking for useful enchanted books, and all other shops are out of stock, then this is the place to go.
How to get there
The shop is located in Mistral Valley at the Yellow 2 Nexus. After entering the Nexus, walk forward out of the building, and then turn left at the park. The stand is located in the small market place next to the spleef arena.
Reasoning
The Last Stand is (almost) always in stock, but why is that so? It's because the books are a bit expensive, being a bit under twice the market price. However, there are still plenty of sales being made. This raises the question about supply and demand. If other shops have a supply that's being sold so quickly, while there definitely still is demand for books, then doesn't it mean the price is too low? Or at least that the price could be raised? In fact, wouldn't that mean that the prices in my shop are the reasonable prices? Anyways, there's also a few books that aren't sold anywhere else on the server as far as I know.
