The only builder of said castle is Korbs699. He once promised Selimbits to "revive" titville by rebuilding it somewhere else, which he didn't have the time for, so once he started looking for a name for his castle, he decided to make it a memorial/embassy for titville, which has been removed from Freedonia due to the events of the Newport Land Feud.
