< Korbs699> "I HAVE AN IDEA" - Founding Statement of The Project said at 6:28 PM (Central European time)
About
Avier (aka Project Avier) is a sister-settlement of Valheim founded by Korbs699.
The intentions of project Avier are not public.
Its has 2 housing and 2 office plots inside the upper part of the building
The project started on the 22nd of April 2023 when Korbs decided to build it at the end of the Valheimian Highway.
Avier originally started off as a project started by Korbs to challange his architectual side, trying to fit in a mansion type of building over 1 big "basement" soley built for entertainment. It was generally intended to encourage residents of Valheim to expand south, towards the ocean.
Yet after a while of developing the area Avier, as a district, was assigned to, Korbs was thinking of turning Avier into an independent sister settlement of Valheim, which at the very beginning of the building was intended, but quickly changed after Korbs thought he still had business to finish inside Valheim, thus focusing on a completely new and fresh town would be inefficient.
So when the Valheimian Council was planning the creation of the NR, the independence of Avier (including Doorville [Both Avier and Doorville kind of started off as sister settlement, but were quickly annexed soon after creation]) was brought up again, so it was decided when the NR came into existence, that both cities gain independence, but as a sister settlement.
Modern Day Avier
Avier today is an independent city, which is mostly housed by industrial buildings and one housing complex.
It was also added as a part of the Northern Republic on the 3rd of September (creation day of the NR).
UPDATE STATUS OCTOBER 2023:
Avier finally finished its major road system and the AEIOU building's outerior, currently Avier has made plans for housing sectors all around its current territory.
November 2023:
On the 4th of November Avier finalized its district borders and names. It also proposed the annexation of OldHarbour from Valheim. The Valheimian Council, as of this being written, is voting if they want Avier to annex NewHarbour.
On the 4th of November 2023 at 8:15pm Avier officially annexed OldHarbour.
Pros:
Valheim as a city gets 15 DBs as a return to the territory
Avier gains complete control over their side of the continent and officially becomes the 2nd biggest state in the NR.
Avier becomes a more dominant powerhouse inside the NR.
Cons:
Valheim loses control over said district
Valheim loses direct sea access
Valheim becomes a less dominant powerhouse inside the NR.
Avier's ambitions:

- add more housing complexes
- create districts -finished
