Twixel Forest is a boreal (taiga) forest nestled against a picturesque extreme hills biome, located near the edge of Freedonia's current world border and discovered by StardustSparkler and claimed by Sparkler Developments on account of the Starplex, the subsidiary's private ever-expanding supercomplex headquarters being located underneath the biome and a part of the bordering mountain. The largest body of water in the biome is Twixel Lake, which also serves as one of the entryways to the Starplex. Star was so amazed at the natural beauty of the landscape that he peppered the biome with torches, aiming to both protect it from most mob spawning and deter any other players from trying to settle in the biome and accidentally end up digging into the Starplex. The forest is a nice, quiet place one can relax in and take in the sights at night.
Plans are also being deliberated on to turn the biome into a sort of nature trail, emulating the trails Stardust likes to run on in the real world. This idea will likely largely be tabled until the server completes its update to 1.21.x, since the massive number of additions the update will provide will allow for additional mobs and blocks to further sell the nature trail idea.
