Sparkler Developments is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Sparkler Corporation and operated by 
StardustSparkler. Its main role within the corporation is to handle the procurement, storage and usage of resources needed by the other branches of the corporation. Town projects (such as town homes) are also handled by the subsidiary within the public facing building located at 2 Thistle Lane, while the actual subsidiary is headquartered within a hidden underground supercomplex located near the northeastern border of Freedonia. The subsidiary was founded on 9 February 2025, when StardustSparkler broke ground on the supercomplex in a swamp in a different area to where the supercomplex is located now, Star changing his mind about building in the swamp before much of any work could be done and searching the map for a better spot, eventually finding it within a Taiga biome.
