Union Station is the grand Freedonia Railway System - Project Anubis station for New Market.
Union Station is planned to be the largest Nexus and FRS station in all of Freedonia!
Union Station is planned to be the main hub of the New Market Metro.
Union Station’s design requires around 30,000 quartz blocks in its design (that’s a chest of diamond blocks worth!). Making it one of the most expensive buildings on the server when it is completed.
History
Construction
Construction started on Union Station on the 13th of September 2024. The first phase of construction was draining a large ocean below the site to fit the under story of the station. The method of drainage varied through the process starting off using MCX 208 in rows to drain the water. This later switched to the far more efficient method of using MCX 208 to create temporary coffer dams to isolate the water so it could be drained using /drought.
