Omoshiroi Sana was a user that migrated to the Mistral Valley area shortly after 
CaptainIceman and completely by chance. At first the two settlements did not get along but an alliance was quickly formed and Omoshiroi's settlement was then annexed by Mistral Valley being the only settlement to be annexed by them.
