VL-103 is an unnamed NPC village located in the northeastern reaches of the server. Being first discovered by LudvigWG, this settlement is nothing but a ghost town today, with barren crop fields & no remaining player citizens (although it is still inhabited by 2 surviving villagers). The village has one witch hut and one house made into a player home by LudvigWG. In 2025, VL-103 was rediscovered & documented as part of the Unnamed Villages Program. The village is located near ROG and CityTown and a large circular house believed to have been built by LudvigWG and/or 
AKIN3131.
