forgot to add! the private zone is huge (X -20375 Z -892 / X -20370 Z -1201 / X -20247 Z -1337 / X -19999 Z -1200 / X -20039 Z -920 / X -20326 Z -861) and in this private you CANNOT BUILD WITHOUT PERMIT!
