Overview
On May 21, 2024 Hyperluminous reached out to Egitto on Discord regarding a possible road connection between Albourg and Starsrest. The next day, Egitto responded and after some discussion, the proposal was accepted.
Hyperluminous is leading the project and will be the primary builder of the entire road on both the Albourg side, with the permission of Egitto, and Starsrest side. Egitto will be the primary builder of the border crossing part of the road.
Construction has not started yet but will soon.
Timeline
Prior to May 21, 2024
• Hyperluminous, co-mayor of Starsrest, shares his idea of building a road connection between the nearby settlement of Albourg and Starsrest with 
Lunaa_Lullaby, founder and co-mayor of Starsrest, and she agrees to it.
May 21, 2024
• Hyperluminous reaches out to Egitto with a proposal for a road connection between Albourg and Starsrest.
May 22, 2024 to May 24, 2024
• Egitto responds to Hyperluminous and after some discussion agrees to the road connection.
May 24 to June 2, 2024
• Multiple proposals from both sides regarding the border between the settlements were made. On June 2, 2024 the final border proposal was made by Egitto and was agreed to by Hyperluminous.
Albourg-Starsrest Border/Boundary
While officially known as the Albourg-Starsrest Border during the negotiations between Hyperluminous and Egitto, the correct term that should have been used was “boundary”. Although this will essentially also double as a border in the future.
The official boundary was agreed upon on June, 2 2024. This boundary represents the limit that each settlement will expand to in each other’s direction, respectively.
