BillionPenny Tower is an under-construction skyscraper planned to house and cater for most of the town BillVille. Construction commenced in early October 2019.
Connections to the rest of Freedonia include the Orange Nexus line inside the main building on the ground floor, and road access via Nexus Loop Outer, a part of the worldwide road system.
