- The Blizzard Dragon Luxury Hotel is the 6th tallest building in all of Dragon River Peak City.
- The Hotel will host a single room on each floor, with a penthouse at the top. It will also show spectacular views of the Annabelle Business District and the nearby Ice Peaks.
- The tower is derived from Flamehaze97's Single Player Map as the "One Camden Tower".
- Future plans are to include glowstone in the top penthouse as well as a Speed Beacon.
