Overview
The Blue 3 Borderlands Thoroughfare (HWC1-WB3) is a road that connects the Heruvian West Corridor Highway to the Nexus Borderlands Blue 3
This road is part of the Heruvian Interstate Project.
The road is in need of proper lighting, as well as kilometer markers.
The road is located on y=66.
This road is at grade and is not controlled access

August 8, 2023- The Blue 3 Borderlands Thoroughfare is declared to be left incomplete until such time comes that it can be directly or indirectly connected to the Borderlands Hub.
