This is the first building that CaptainIceman ever made on MCO. Constructed on January 31st 2019, the day he joined, he constructed this after Iceman joined 
Merciful_fate_88 in one of his early settlements, now known as HS-132. Soon this base was abandoned after Iceman and Merciful decided to found a new town Mistral Valley. Now the building and the settlement that it lies in are now both abandoned.
