Overview

Pid village is a snowy, ever-growing village located southeast of Obernai. It is the first village created by the Pidian government and is the home of Pidkind.

Features

Pid village currently contains 23 buildings including a courthouse, an unfinished opera house, a post office, many houses, a lounge titled The Pid Lounge, The word life made out of lime wool blocks, a mayor's office, and an unfinished statue of the character Eets from the game ''Eets: Hunger. It's Emotional.'' by Klei Entertainment. Pid village also includes an unfinished welcome center, a farm, and many other structures. There is also a planned underground ice road. The most notable structure in Pid Village is the Pid AT&T Tower.

Residents

Pid village currently only has 4 residents including getplayerhead.sh?Goodrockflavor54&16.png Goodrockflavor54, getplayerhead.sh?AGKadabra13&16.png AGKadabra13, getplayerhead.sh?Twopower0812&16.png Twopower0812, and getplayerhead.sh?Mints2222&16.png Mints2222.

Rules

In Pid Village, a big rule is to not eat or kill pig because pig is thought to be too close to digligs. Other than this, Pid Village has a pretty much average ruleset for a Freedonian town.

History

Pid village was founded by getplayerhead.sh?Goodrockflavor54&16.png Goodrockflavor54, getplayerhead.sh?AGKadabra13&16.png AGKadabra13, and getplayerhead.sh?Twopower0812&16.png Twopower0812 in late July of 2026.

Conflicts

The Fleshing

On the night of July 31, 2026, getplayerhead.sh?Fateovercast&16.png Fateovercast killed the founder of Pid Village, getplayerhead.sh?Goodrockflavor54&16.png Goodrockflavor54. This led getplayerhead.sh?Goodrockflavor54&16.png Goodrockflavor54 and getplayerhead.sh?Twopower0812&16.png Twopower0812 to mistakenly assume that getplayerhead.sh?Fateovercast&16.png Fateovercast was a member of Socorro, prompting them to try to clog Socorro's spruce farm as an attempt to get back the next day. A bit later, the player, getplayerhead.sh?DropperOfMilva&16.png DropperOfMilva, came into the farm to get leaves, where they were being lightly teased by Twopower Goodrock, who kept taking their leaves out of their shulker box and filling it with rotten flesh instead. Eventually, Goodrock and Twopower led getplayerhead.sh?DropperOfMilva&16.png DropperOfMilva to the spruce log chests and got him to open them, only to find rotten flesh rather than the spruce logs the farm was built for. Shortly after getplayerhead.sh?DropperOfMilva&16.png DropperOfMilva found out about the chests being clogged, a player who most likely lived in Socorro was alerted, killing Goodrockflavor and Twopower. However, this was not a permanent solution because both of them had set their homes on the farm temporarily and kept coming back. Each time, Goodrock would fill his inventory with rotten flesh from their nearby rotten flesh farm so that when he died, it would scatter and cover the floor. Meanwhile, Twopower tried acting innocent to avoid being killed. This turned out to be successful, coating the floor with rotten flesh. getplayerhead.sh?KingServal&16.png KingServal, the founder of Socorro, who was working on the Grand Museum of Freedonia, eventually intervened. Understandably angry, he helped further reduce the situation. Finally, at some point, Goodrock and Twopower decided to stop after finding it too difficult to attempt it after they were alerted. After this situation, only very minor clogs occurred. None were big enough to really do anything. Finally, getplayerhead.sh?AGKadabra13&16.png AGKadabra13 would persuade Goodrock to apologize. One player in chat called the situation “the fleshing,” which stuck with the pidian government. This conflict, while probably minor in Socorro’s history, is an important moment in Pid Village’s history as it marks Pid Village’s first ever conflict.
