Crow Condos is a 6 story complex built by cnupdates housing 10 apartments all with corresponding garages, a lobby, balconies and more. Each level has 2 apartments, apart from the first level where there are none. It’s located in the east section Mistral Valley in a developing industrial area.
How to get a condo
You can buy a condo here for 6 diamond blocks, which gives you full permission to modify the apartment you choose (including decoration, walls, even floors and ceiling), as well as a password controlled garage in which you can put whatever you want. By contacting a Mistral Valley staff member and paying they will add you to the permissions list in the lobby and give you the code to the garage.
Construction
The idea for an apartment building with working garages was sparked on the 28th September 2024, with a plot picked out and designing starting on the 3rd of October. The design of the building was fairly simple, but getting the garages to work properly took a lot of toiling and attempts. With dungeons and other projects opening up the project was put on halt throughout winter, but was resumed again around new years. The nearly 10 double chests of materials were gathered quickly and construction began on the 11th of January 2025, being fully completed 2 weeks later.
