The Quarantined House is a small house that was built before Crown's Landing was first founded. Nobody know just house long it has existed, or even who it's builder is. Or was.
Since it is on CL's Land but isn't actually part of the city, slabs have been laid out around the structure to form a "Quarantined Plot". Something that nobody can alter due to the Grief Law of the Server. It lies next to the river that runs through CL.
