How Does It Work
All you need to is set up a craftbook receiver to receive our frequency. This frequency depends on different hours. Bellow is a simple to understand table of hours and corresponding frequencies.

Step-By-Step
All you need to do this to work is set up your redstone controlled clock and then put down a block with a lever facing the redstone. On the other side of the block you need to place a sign:
- 1. line: left blank, it will be filled automatically
 - 2. line: [MC0111]
 - 3. line: One of the frequencies shown on the right, meaning DHourXX, XX corresponding to the desired hour.
 - 4. line: left blank
