Eastern Pass Outpost is a generated village during the latest MCO map update after the server updated to 1.12.2. Flame never started on the town. The outpost town is Free build. Eastern Pass Outpost can be accessed via Luna Falls Hwy which runs past the town. Eastern Pass Outpost is not far from the Borderlands North-East Red 3 Nexus.
