The Empire Spawn Building was a build by RosiestOcean115, the owner of Empire City. It was seen as a representation of Empire City at Spawn and all around the server. It was seemingly removed after RosiestOcean115's ban.
Controversy
Building numerous times was called ugliest one in spawn and papers were handed out saying its location and that it is ugly
