Fraccu Atoll and Ave Island is a Maltapple Overseas Territory, privately ran by Fraccu for construction of his Nuclear Facility. The archipelago is made up of two islands, hence the name. The archipelago was created due to a rare server phenomenon where terrain does not generate due to server updates.
