GavinL03 created their first settlement in 2020 when they first joined the MCO server. They chose this location because it was close to the intersection of 3 biomes - an oak wood biome, a jungle wood biome and a desert biome, with sea access and a taiga biome very close by, and located close to the Marqange Railway, the Lonely Haunted Bridge, and the Nararro Tunnel. However, no station is within the vicinity of the settlement.
The settlement looks very bare as Gavin rarely logs on to play, visiting only once or twice every few months because Gavin has a very busy schedule irl.
