Herobrine

I'm not sure if Herobrine is real, but if he is, he's no doubt native to MinecraftOnline. - NightSteak9

Herobrine is a figure of lore deeply imbedded within the history and culture of Minecraft, and as a result, MinecraftOnline as well. While no concrete evidence of Herobrine currently exists, several alleged sightings have been made on the server across the years.

13th Birthday

Leading up to the events of MCO's 13th Birthday, Herobrine could be seen hovering over Spawn Lake.

April 1st, 2024

On the morning of March 31st 2024 when players used /nearestplayer, instead of showing the typical nearest player, the nearest player's name would be replaced with Herobrine. Later this same day  Crafter_Keegan would summon the first Herobrine, at spawn players followed Herobrine around in fascination, until  Ghomik killed it, resulting in it dropping an enchanted golden apple and a few fire charges, this started Ghomik's fervent questioning to  Anna_28 about how to spawn another. The second Herobrine would be summoned by  JulionasUrbonas (no one cares about this).

The next day on April 1st 2024, several more times Herobrine was summoned, including one time at Easter Valley where Herobrine's twin brother (Herobrine) also arrived. The event would finally end between April 4th and April 5th.
